The Director of English and Humanities is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality teaching and learning program in the English and Humanities faculties. They are committed to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative and evidence-based English and Humanities curricula, programs, and pedagogies for years T 鈥� 12 and effectively build the capacity of others to implement successfully. They will be responsible for managing relevant extra-curricular activities and collaborating with others as required to ensure smooth operation and positive engagement. Working collaboratively with the senior school leadership team, they will be responsible for driving the faculty's strategic direction aligned with the schools' standards, values, and strategic improvement agenda.

They are committed to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative and evidence-based Mathematics and Science curricula, programs, and pedagogies for years T 鈥� 12, and effectively build the capacity of others to implement successfully. They will be responsible for managing relevant extra-curricular activities and collaborating with others as required to ensure smooth operation and positive engagement. The Director of Mathematics and Science will report directly to the Head of Senior School.
The Director of Music and Performing Arts is responsible for leading a dynamic, world-class performing arts program that spans Music, Drama, and Dance for students from T鈥�12. They will work closely with the Assistant Heads of Music and Performing Arts to ensure excellence across curricular and co-curricular programs, including managing instrumental timetables, key school events, and resources. This role also involves overseeing instrumental needs, managing budgets, and maintaining strong communication with parents, staff, and peripatetic teachers. The Director reports directly to the Head of School and is supported by an administration officer.
The Director of Health, Physical Education, and Sport is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality teaching and learning program in the Health and Physical Education (HPE) faculty. They are committed to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative and evidence-based HPE curriculum, programs, and pedagogies for years T 鈥� 12, and effectively build the capacity of others to implement successfully. They will be responsible for managing all facets of sports activities, including scheduling, logistics, and the overall management of the school sports program, collaborating with others as required to ensure smooth operation and success. Working collaboratively with the Heads of School, they will be responsible for driving the faculty's strategic direction aligned to the schools' standards, values, and strategic improvement agenda.
The Director of Health, Physical Education and Sport will report directly to the Head of School.
The Early Childhood Teaching and Learning Leader (T 鈥� Year 2) plays a vital role in leading the early childhood education programs, collaborating with teachers and educators to provide clear curriculum direction and guidance. They support the effective implementation of planning cycles, ensuring educational programs align with approved learning frameworks and prioritise children's learning and development. In addition to overseeing program development, the educational leader enhances educators' understanding of age-appropriate pedagogies. They are responsible for building educators' knowledge and professionalism through targeted training and mentorship while fostering a culture of professional inquiry that encourages staff to reflect on their practices and generate innovative ideas to improve program quality.
The Early Childhood Teaching and Learning Leader will report directly to the Head of Junior School.
